The International Journal of Molecular Medicine and Advance Sciences (IJMMAS) welcomes the submission of original, high-quality manuscripts that fall within the journal's aims and scope. Authors are requested to ensure that all submission files are complete and comply with the journal's formatting, ethical, and editorial requirements before submission. Incomplete submissions may be returned to the corresponding author for correction prior to editorial assessment.

Submission Requirements

Authors must submit the following documents at the time of manuscript submission:

1. Manuscript File

The manuscript must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. The manuscript should be prepared according to the journal's Author Guidelines and should include the title, abstract, keywords, main text, acknowledgements (if applicable), funding information, conflict of interest statement, references, tables, and figure captions.

2. Complete Author Information

The title page should include complete information for all authors, including:

• Full name of each author
• Institutional affiliation
• Department and organization
• City and country
• Valid email address
• Corresponding author details
• ORCID iD (where available)

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all listed authors have approved the submitted manuscript.

3. ORCID iD

Authors are strongly encouraged to provide their Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORCID iD) during submission. ORCID improves author identification, enhances research visibility, and ensures accurate attribution of published work.

4. References

All references must be prepared in MLA (Modern Language Association) format and should be complete, accurate, and consistently formatted. Wherever available, each reference must include its Digital Object Identifier (DOI). If a DOI is not available, authors should provide a valid and accessible direct URL to the cited source.

Authors are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all citations and references before submission.

5. Cover Letter

A cover letter must accompany every manuscript submission. The cover letter should briefly describe:

• The significance and originality of the research.
• Confirmation that the manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
• Confirmation that all authors have reviewed and approved the manuscript.
• Disclosure of any funding sources or relevant information that may assist the editorial evaluation.

6. Ethical Approval Documentation

For studies involving human participants, animals, clinical trials, or other research requiring ethical oversight, authors must provide a copy of the approval issued by the appropriate Institutional Review Board (IRB), Ethics Committee, or equivalent regulatory authority. The manuscript should also include the approval number, approval date, and the name of the approving institution where applicable.

7. Conflict of Interest Statement

All authors must submit a Conflict of Interest Statement declaring any financial, personal, institutional, or commercial relationships that could influence or appear to influence the research findings. If no conflicts exist, authors should clearly state:

"The authors declare that they have no competing interests."

8. Plagiarism Report

Authors must submit a plagiarism similarity report generated using Turnitin or another recognized plagiarism detection software. The similarity report should accompany the manuscript at the time of submission.

Authors are encouraged to ensure that the manuscript complies with the journal's plagiarism policy before submission. Manuscripts exhibiting unacceptable levels of similarity, plagiarism, duplicate publication, or other forms of publication misconduct may be rejected without peer review or returned for revision.
