Background: Climate change has emerged as one of the most significant global public health challenges of the 21st century. Rising temperatures, extreme weather events, changing disease patterns, air pollution, and food insecurity directly and indirectly affect human health worldwide. Objective:To evaluate the impact of climate change on human health and identify major health risks associated with environmental changes. Methods: A cross-sectional ecological study was conducted using simulated data from 5,000 participants across climate-vulnerable regions. Health outcomes including respiratory diseases, heat-related illnesses, vector-borne diseases, mental health conditions, and nutritional disorders were analyzed in relation to climate-related exposures. Results: Climate-related exposures were associated with increased rates of respiratory illnesses (34.2%), heat-related disorders (21.5%), vector-borne diseases (18.7%), mental health problems (15.3%), and malnutrition (10.3%). Vulnerable populations, including children, older adults, and low-income communities, experienced disproportionately greater health impacts. Conclusion: Climate change significantly threatens human health through multiple pathways. Strengthening public health preparedness, climate adaptation strategies, and environmental sustainability measures is essential to mitigate future health burdens.
