Background: Healthcare is undergoing unprecedented transformation driven by advances in artificial intelligence, genomics, digital health technologies, robotics, telemedicine, and personalized medicine. These innovations are reshaping clinical decision-making, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and patient engagement. Understanding future trends is critical for preparing healthcare professionals and institutions for emerging challenges and opportunities. Objective: To explore emerging trends likely to influence medical practice over the next decade and assess their implications for healthcare delivery, education, and patient outcomes. Methods: A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted among 1,500 healthcare professionals, medical educators, researchers, and health technology experts. Data were collected through structured questionnaires evaluating perceptions regarding future healthcare technologies, preparedness, adoption barriers, and expected impacts. Descriptive statistics and multivariate analyses were performed. Results: Artificial intelligence (86.7%), precision medicine (82.5%), telemedicine (79.3%), wearable technologies (74.8%), robotic-assisted procedures (71.2%), and genomics-based healthcare (68.9%) were identified as the most influential future trends. Participants anticipated significant improvements in diagnostic accuracy, preventive care, treatment personalization, and healthcare accessibility. Conclusion: Future medical practice will increasingly integrate advanced technologies and data-driven approaches. Healthcare systems must invest in workforce training, ethical governance, digital infrastructure, and interdisciplinary collaboration to successfully adapt to these changes.
