Background:Digital health technologies have transformed healthcare delivery by enabling continuous patient monitoring, telemedicine consultations, mobile health applications, wearable devices, and electronic health records. These innovations have significantly improved patient engagement, self-management, healthcare accessibility, and treatment adherence. However, challenges related to digital literacy, privacy concerns, and technology adoption remain barriers to widespread implementation.Objective:To evaluate the impact of digital health technologies on patient engagement and identify factors influencing technology adoption and healthcare outcomes.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted among 700 patients utilizing various digital health technologies across primary and tertiary healthcare settings. Data were collected using structured questionnaires assessing digital health utilization, patient engagement levels, treatment adherence, satisfaction, and perceived barriers. Statistical analyses included descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, Pearson correlation, and multivariate logistic regression.Results:Approximately 78.4% of participants reported improved healthcare engagement through digital health tools. Mobile health applications, telemedicine platforms, and wearable devices significantly enhanced treatment adherence, appointment attendance, and patient-provider communication (p < 0.001). Higher digital literacy and younger age groups were associated with greater technology utilization.Conclusion:Digital health technologies significantly improve patient engagement and healthcare outcomes. Continued investment in digital infrastructure, education, and patient-centered design is necessary to maximize the benefits of digital healthcare innovations.
